Fitness is a lifestyle, a journey. It is a process that takes time and persistence. With that persistence comes reward. And your reward of your strength. The statement “It never gets easier you just get stronger” is a literary representation of the work you have put in to get stronger, fitter, better in the past, present and future. A reminder that the strength you possess right now is due to the work you have put in, in the past and that you are putting in the present. And your efforts will contribute to the person you have become and you will become. .
It never gets easier, you just get stronger.
As a runner and trainer, one may not be impressive, one may be slow. One’s face and chest may go bright cherry red after the first few steps. One may hunch inwards, one’s shoulders low. When you start exercise as an adult, you couldn’t run a mile at the start. But when you keep it doing and years later, you can complete two half marathons. The important is not to quit.
